Frequently Asked Questions.

  1. I'm looking for FREE software to get the viruses and spyware out of my system.  Obviously, I don't want to spend any money.
I've already done the research for you, picking out the best software.  Some of the software you would be tempted to download only checks for problems, then wants to charge you for removal.  All of the software I recommend is really free and fully functional.  I charge for the book because I am giving you my trade secrets - it's how I earn my living.  But the good news is: no matter how many systems you install this software on, you're only paying for the book once.  And that includes the latest updates and information - plus support.  I believe the price of this book is in the range that just about anyone can afford.  And you can pay for it easily by doing just one virus and spyware cleaning job.  After that it's nothing but pure profit.  Even if you only use it for yourself, it's still cheaper than buying any ONE of the paid products.

  2. Free Software? Does that mean it's not very good?
Actually, many people and companies give away all sorts of programs for free that are top quality.  The anti-spyware program I recommend actually has more features and capabilities than any other I have seen.  The anti-virus and firewall both have paid versions that you can get if you think they would be better for you.  For most people, they are not needed.  All of the software I recommend has frequent, free updates.  I have been using this software on my systems and my customers for several years with no problems.

  3. I'm not a computer expert.  Will I be able to understand this book?

I believe that most  people that are familiar with the general use of Windows(TM)
can follow the step-by-step instructions in this book.  As with anything, practice makes perfect.  I suggest you start with your own system, then, maybe a friend's.  After a few systems are cleaned up and you have more confidence, you can go looking for business.

Also, although this is very good reliable software, I think the documentation needs some help.  I am supplementing this with real life experience and giving you an easy step-by-step method to use the advanced features.

  4. What if I buy the book and it's not what I expected?

All sales are handled through Clickbank.  I chose to use them to take payments for the book because they are one of the most respected ways to take payment on the Net.  All 10,000+ products they market come with a 90 day, no-questions-asked refund policy.  Also, no human being ever sees your credit card or checking account information.  It is passed directly to your bank and is never stored on any site.  I never get to see the information, which is good, because I do not want to have that responsibility.

Secondly,  the book will evolve over time to reflect questions that you ask.  I am a computer geek.  I have had some non-computer people try it out and already used their feedback, but it will still continue to improve.

  5. What is Spyware?

Spyware is a program or part of a program that does things like report your browsing habits and in some cases, you private information back to some website for data collection.  Some of it is so poorly written that it uses up most of the time your computer has to do things.  This makes the computer run slow.
Spyware is installed along with many free downloads, like weatherbug, precision time, free smileys and many other free products to numerous to mention.  Some versions of Spyware are actually viruses that are designed to get your private information and pass it on to people for identity theft and other nasty reasons.

  6. You're recommending free software.  Does it contain Spyware?

Absolutely not.  The companies that give this software away are all very reputable.  They have all received rave reviews from various sources.

  7. Is all Spyware bad?
In my opinion, no.  For example, Alexa's toolbar gives you information about a sites popularity.  In order to collect this information, they need to know how many people visit a particular site.  The toolbar reports this back to Alexa, without sending any of your secret information.  I don't have a problem with this.  The free version of download accelerator reports browsing habits back to their site.  It does not do any harm to your system that I'm aware of and the free version comes in very handy, especially if you are doing a lengthy download.
